Glencore are awarding learnerships to students to undergo training at their Rustenburg plant. At the end of the programme, students will be able to qualify as Artisans in the following areas: Millwright Instrumentation Rigging The learnership programme objective is for students to enter into the engineering learnership with MQA SETA. Applicants must undergo a psychometric assessment or an aptitude test, as well as practical training, institutional training and exposure.

- Completed Matric
- Completed an N2 qualification
