PEP Stores Vacancies, Careers and Jobs
PEP is a South African institution. Starting with one store in 1965, today we are the largest single brand retailer in the country with stores in almost every town and village, where we often provide a lifeline to local people with affordable, good quality merchandise.
At PEP, we know that it’s impossible to grow and prosper in the way that we do without the support and commitment of our Dynamos. It’s no wonder that we’ve named our human resources department “People Support”!
We firmly believe in equality and fairness and recognize the importance of diversity in the workplace. PEP therefore strives to attain equitable employment in all areas of the business.
And because we respect our Dynamos’ personal lives and know that they have other obligations outside of work, we encourage a healthy and balanced approach to work and life.
We provide integrated Employee Assistance Programmes for trauma and HIV-related emergencies, as well as other exciting initiatives to further encourage wellness.
Our Values of Honesty, Passion and Resourcefulness are important ingredients to ensure the longevity of our culture.
